We specialize in unique hand crafted breakfast, brunch and lunch using locally sources, sustainable ingredients. We are also a commissary kitchen for our food truck, Taqueria Food Truck, Tacofino and Fliptop. We deliver, cater, vend and have space for private bookings and kitchen rentals.

Steven E.

Business Owner

Steven Ewing is responsible for unleashing Yolk’s on Vancouver’s citizens.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Steven not only came up with the concept behind Yolk’s, but he is also actively involved in its day-​to-​day operations.

As a chef in some of the West Coast’s best restaurants and a consultant with a long list of a-​list clients, Steven decided to use his conceptual abilities to join the growing street food scene in Vancouver. Yolk’s Breakfast is the accumulation and understanding of the unique demographic of Vancouver, developed over a lifetime in the industry and a connection to this city’s trends.
