We also work closely with many small and large business owners and understand that as a business owner you want only the best to be working with you and your clients.

Your Local Movers provides special rates for staging companies as well! We currently work with several small to large staging companies as well as realtors on a daily basis. We know that having a reliable company to be available for any job that may come up is very important, even last minute.

We can do anything from moves, deliveries, Junk removal or even help moving something around the inside of your house! No job is too big or small for us.

These guys were totally awesome. Conner and Kyle made the move from Port Moody to Squamish smooth and effective. Not only were they very personable young men, I trusted them in my house with all my belongings within 5 minutes of meeting them. What a great company. They did the move in a very reasonable amount of time and it was very affordable. Your local movers is an awesome company and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move! second time using these guys. arrived on time and worked smoothly with the elevators and concierges at both ends of the move. one small damage to a hing on a cabinet (discovered after they left) but it was a big heavy piece)

Peter and I absolutely hate moving and looking for a trustworthy moving company is a bit of a stressful process. So let us save you some time — go with Your Local Movers!!! Our moving team just finished and they were AWESOME!!! Kyle and Brayden (sorry if we got the spelling wrong!) completed our move in exactly two hours and we couldn’t be happier or more grateful. They were a pleasure to be around; if anything they were way more cheerful than us! They moved fast, were efficient, and unloaded everything in such a neat and organized manner. Even Coty from the initial phone call was refreshingly pleasant to chat with compared to other moving companies and made booking our move so easy. A big selling point for us was their 2-hour minimum versus the 3-hour minimum that most moving companies mandate. For smaller apartment suites like ours, the 3-hour minimum is quite a big deterrent. We’re going to have to move once more in about 3 – 4 months and if we’re still moving locally, we are definitely going to go with YLM and hopefully have Kyle and Brayden back on the team again! Thanks so much guys for helping us out and giving us total peace of mind. We really appreciate it and the positive experience you gave us!

Fantastic service! Everything from calling for a quote to receiving my invoice, the process was easy, the people were friendly and the cost is reasonable, definitely worth it for peace of mind. Moving is already stressful, and «Your Local Movers» eased some of that stress.

I’ve moved across the continent with large moving firms, across town with friends and family providing the brawn, driven over the mountains in a UHaul with a toodler in the passenger seat. But never before such a great moving experience. The price was less than anticipated because it went faster than expected. Coty was flexible about the dates, having me booked for 2 dates for a while until the possession date was confirmed. We had to deal with the threat of a snow storm disrupting the booking and throughout it all, he and his team were unflappable. The movers were personable, organized and careful with my stuff. This has been the best move of my life. Thanks to Coty and his team. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and the people who work there.

These guys are fantastic. The two guys who came to help with our move were very quick but also very careful. They were incredibly careful to ease our furniture through the door so that they didn’t damage any walls or the furniture itself. The prices were very reasonable and they were very clear about all costs upfront… No hidden surprises. We were actually very happy to find that the move was cheaper than quoted because it didn’t take as long as anticipated. The only suggestion I would have is to send out a confirmation email with the details (time, date and contact number) once the move is booked. Thanks so much guys!

What a Fantastic Moving Company!!! I own a restaurant equipment company called Brothers Food Equipment Depot or BFED. We have called upon Your Local Movers on several occasions, to move some very heavy equipment for my customers. Not only do they always show up on time and eager to work, they are polite, personal, and there over all attitude, show’s that they really care about our customers and their needs. Prompt, competitive rates, took direction well but also could be left in their own. We had two young guys show up, and they were ready to work! Arrived right on time, called let me know they were one block away and so I told them to park in back. It took a little longer than I had planned but that wasn’t their fault — the new address had the worlds tiniest elevator, so the guys were pre-warned there would be stairs involved. They were EASY to book, I just called the toll free number and was put through to Cody who could take my booking immediately. I paid cash on the day, very easy. Strong recommendation for a local company :)
