We have shopped from Artemano about a month ago. They definitely have some nice stuff. However I’m sorry to say that it’s not free of defect and the customer service has been poor. We brought a giant mirror which had nails that they didn’t remove. A table that they dented prior to delivery and haven’t called us back on whether and when they will replace. I have now emailed the store manager to see what happens. If that doesn’t solve the problem we’ll pursue legal action. It shouldn’t come to this when all your doing is furnishing your home. I’ve shopped from restoration hardware. Similar concept in some ways. And RH customer service is phenomenal.
