Absolutely the worst taxi service! The driver circled around the plaza he picked me up from for over 5 mins, resulting in a charge of $ 8. It’s clear why people prefer Über. In addition, the driver continuously asked me very personal questions which I thought was inappropriate especially after repeatedly informing him it’s none of his business. I asked to be dropped off before my destination because of how frustrated I was. Never again.

Cab was late.
The cab smelled like horrible body odor, cigarettes, and food.
Disgusting.
I could smell the cab drivers armpits from the back seat.
My total came out to $ 15 and leaving the car the driver told me it was $ 20.
I asked «why» because the meter clearly said $ 15.
He said because when you call for a taxi it’s an additional $ 5…when i got into the car, the meter started at $ 4.50 I believe. Wtf?
He basically charged $ 9.50 just for me to get in the car.
Worst.
Get an über, save yourself money and time.

The can driver was so late. I missed the train and was late to an exam. When I told the driver he was late he told me «you should of known there would be traffic!!» I simply responded with «your company shouldn’t lie to customers about the estimated time of the taxis arrival.» He purposely drove slower than the speed limit and took a longer route. I recommend calling a different company. I wish I could give no stars.
