HORRIBLE service. The receptionist who claims she is the owner is the worst business woman we have ever met. She is rude, hangs up the phone if you take too long to choose appt dates, and they will cancel on you last minute and say that it is not their problem someone called in sick or whatever.
They offered us Velashape at a trial price and we were supposed to have it done every 7 – 8 days to notice any results. Since they couldnt accomodate it became up to 12 days, then up to 2 weeks.
Clearly they are not doing well since the whole front, which is a hair salon, has never had one customer when I had gone in. It was always rude secretary and ONE employee… Stay away from this place.
