Curl Ambassadors

What a horrible experience!
I went there last night to get my usual highlights done, and let me tell you it was an absolute nightmare.
I have been going to this salon since 2012 and I always had a very good and a pleasant service. But please, do not ever get your hair done by Susy. I am sorry to say but she is very unprofessional and she doesn’t know how to treat curly hair. She couldn’t de-​tangle my hair… I have been to 2 other girls here and they were both wonderful, Alyssa and Veneshia, but sadly they were both off or gone, so I was booked with Susy.
For a place that calls themselves the Curl Ambassadors, you would assume all the hairdressers are curl experts. I’m not writing this because I’m bitter, but please fellow curly haired ladies, save yourself from this nightmare and do not go to her. She told me in front of other customers and other hairdressers that «next time you should book it with someone else», I mean is that humiliating or what?
I have curly hair so obviously it tangles easily, but the whole point of me going to this salon and not a regular hair salon is to receive outstanding treatment and expertise for my hair.
This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! I had my own brush with me and I helped her de-​tangle my own hair! At the hair salon! Oh and not to mention, she gave me attitude, saying things like «do not tell me how to do my job»
Ladies please if you want a truly curly hair-​do do not book with her!
Think twice with who you are booking with!

I take my daughter who has curly hair for 3 years now, service is amazing, and the staff is A+, you pay for quality and good service, this is why i always take her there been to the downtown location but i have a car and parking is hard to find but they are great there too. You will not be disappointed, lots of parking as well and it helps there is a Tim Horton’s if u feel for coffee.

I love coming here — they are experts in curly hair and the stylists are so great at assessing style and helping the curls come out! Very friendly and accommodating!
