I was not impressed with the job they did on my car. Car was not vacuumed, the dash was not wiped down. Trunk was not even touched and when I confronted the owner he got all defensive. When all the reviews are bad about a company its a red flag and for that I blame myself. I should of known when I first walked in and the place was so filthy. How possible can they do a good job cleaning a car.

Purchased their «Platinum» package via a Living Social offer. I’ve spent an hour on my car at a coin op car wash and had it looking better than their 3 hour effort. My car had water spots on the windows and doors and even my wheel wells were filthy still. Icing on the cake — they even left little nicks in my window tint. To call this a ragtag operation would be a compliment! Avoid!

I bought a deal on Groupon for Gold package. Three hours waiting in McDonalds. My mini SUV, I’ve cleaned from winter dirt and fully emptied, needs 3 hours? I’m sorry I didn’t stay there to see when they started.
The roof remained untouched with birds poo! Trunk wasn’t cleaned at all. Glove compartment — same story. Back of the front seats have same stains as before cleaning.
I asked for earlier appointment since I needed to get to child care. No problem, I came when I asked and I left when the receptionist initially said. Ended up hurrying through heavy traffic. I said I could come another day, if they were so busy to do work good and on time. But they said this happens every day.
