I would never go back to this place, I had purchased a Groupon and was eager to get my hair done. While I was waiting, I watched the stylist (Farah) charge another young woman $ 42 in addition to her Groupon for using more dye. The woman was very surprised and upset because the Groupon clearly states they only charge $ 10 dollars more for longer hair. The stylist told her she had to use more dye, which i thought was bogus because this woman had thin, short hair. Oh, she also insisted on taking CASH ONLY. Seemed very money hungry.
By this point it was my turn to get my hair done, she looked at my hair and said there were too many shades of brown in it (umm… not really) and went on to tell me how she is an experienced colour expert and that she would have to order some «special chemicals and dye» for my hair and to return back next week. All of this after having sat in traffic for almost an hour due to construction on Steeles, I certainly was unimpressed. I left, called Groupon and got a refund.
It seems to me that the owner does not honour her Groupon price and charges WELL over what you will pay for the coupon, is rude and completely uninterested in repeat customers. She just wants quick money. If I were you, I would avoid her Groupon and her salon all together.

I can’t really say that this place is good or not but the owner runs a Groupon out of the business which is listed under Volu-​Me. I made an appointment and he was 30min late so I left. Not very good customer service.
