I went through the drive-thru the day after discussing my complaint with the manager. It was early in the morning, before 6 am. I placed my coffee order as usual, but I asked them to punch it in differently so that there wouldn’t be an issue. The woman receiving my order said«Valerie?» lol, and I said«Yes.» And she had already been informed about the issue I was having. My coffee was made perfectly, and they didn’t charge me either. The next time I went, the same thing happened, and my coffee was made perfectly. This location has really implemented my complaint to rectify the issue. I hope they keep it up!
