The place looks nice as far as interior goes however there actual work is horrible. I asked for a simple clean up on my eyebrows and the lady ends up making me have thin thin eyebrows. I used to have beautiful thick & defined eyebrows to maybe having a total of 15 eyebrow hairs. Never going again.

I’d give this place a 2 and a half stars but I think just 2 shall suffice. I’ve always past by the salon noticing how clean and beautiful it looked inside so I decided to give it a try. I got my nails done here for prom and mind you I rarely ever go to a salon to do my nails because I always do them myself. I told the man at the counter I wanted stiletto shaped nails with a French mani with my natural nails since they were long enough to be done. He tried to persuade me that I should be doing shellac nails instead because it lasts longer to which I said i don’t mind how long it lasts, I could always redo them myself when the polish starts to chip. I decided to ask them how much shellac would be and he replied with«not much» … alright then. Finally we sat down and agreed that we’d just work on my natural nails which is what I wanted in the first place. During the process of getting my nails into the shape I wanted he filed and buffed them so hard I started to bleed and my skin came off on 2 of my fingers(which by the way hurt for the next week or so before the skin grew back) While doing my nails he asked if I wanted some jewels on my ring fingers as decorations, once again I asked how much they would be and he replied«not much» … okay buddy.(I don’t recall how much they actually were so sorry) So I decided to get the jewels which was a mistake because he did some next weird pattern or flower I wasn’t sure what he was going for and some of the jewels were even starting to hang off my nails… When I got home I took some off and just applied my own and fixed it up. Needless to say my end result wasn’t terribly bad, it was what I wanted but I felt like I easily could’ve done them myself at home. But I didn’t end up giving him a tip because he didn’t seem to care he made a client lose some skin and didn’t properly answer questions. On top of that he smelled like sweat the whole time but that’s not one of the reasons I didn’t tip him. It’s a very high chance I will not be returning in the future.

WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! I usually drive to a salon 30min away but I didn’t have time & all I wanted was my shellac removed, my nails filed & painted with regular polish. This seems like a pretty average task however it was not. The man removing the shellac dug into my nails with the tool so hard I kept saying ouch! And I’m not sensitive. He was in such a hurry that he wasn’t watching what he was doing at all. Most of the polish was removed when I washed my hands. Then a lady came to apply the polish & tried to apply without shaping my nails even after I reminded her twice. She used her thumb nail to correct any mistakes & dug it so hard into my finger I jumped & pulled my hand back. DONOTGO to this nail salon it’s not worth the convenience of walking in without an appointment. This salon is dirty & disgusting.

I had a horrible experience here. The place was huge and clean so I was excited to try it. I was just asking for prices for a full set of UV gel nails. I was told $ 35. A little pricier than average but decided to try anyways. I told her I’m on lunch break so I’ll come back at 4pm. She persuaded me to stay and told me that I will be back at work for 1pm «FORSURE!». I told her I have no problem coming back and it doesn’t seem realistic for them to get it completed but upon asking her assistant, they also confirmed I’d be back to work on time«For sure!» Before I sat down, I told them 2x that I wanted rounded shaped nails. When the man was putting the tips on, I reminded him again«Remember, this is supposed to be rounded tips please!» and he sat there and argued with me that I need to have square as it’s better for typing. I kept telling him«No, I want rounded tips» and he told me he promises that if he does them square he’ll round them off so they aren’t so sharp. Nope… the end result was freakin’ square nails. He was SO rough on my hands he ripped the index, middle and ring finger on my right hand with the buffer to the point where I bled! I’m not even sensitive when it comes to these things but I Unilocaled«Ouch!» like 3x. To which he replied«Sorry!» and then jerked my hand back to finish. I ended up being a half an hour late for work and then on top of it when I got to the front, he told me the UV gels are $ 40. My HR rep happened to be at the salon on her lunch break too so I had to hold back from cursing him out. My fingers were sore for the whole weekend and it sure as heck didn’t make it «better for typing» after that. I am NEVER going back there again. Worst nail experience of my life!

I have been here many times for pedicures, they do a nice job. certainly not a «spa» pedicure, but if you want your feet looking presentable for summer they can do it quickly and cheaply. The staff is very nice, most speak good english, and the place is clean. Today however, I had a less than pleasant experience. I decided I wanted gel nails, so I went in on my lunch(appointments are usually not necessary). I explained to the girl that I didn’t want them long, and I didn’t want them«square». After she filed them down, I said«these are still too square», she said she would fix them when she buffed them. When she used the grinder to even them out, she cut my baby finger. she said sorry and 2 seconds later she cut my ring finger, both right at the cuticle. The stuff she put on to make them stop bleeding stung like crazy. In the end, my nails were still square. I pointed it out again. she messed around a bit with the buffer(not sure what that was going to do) I finally just said ok, but I’m still not impressed with the shape. It cost me $ 35, without the tip. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I have had numerous pedicures there that I was happy with. I will go somewhere else to get my nails filled after this.

Upon entering the location, I was surprised at how big it was! The place is huge. It was really nice, clean, and new inside. The staff were very nice as well. I went here for my first Brazilian wax ever. After purchasing an at home waxing kit and attempting it myself(I had no idea the amount of skill that was involved!) I am happy I chose this place for my first time. The lady who did the waxing was very nice. I told her I had never had one before and she walked me through it. She made me feel very comfortable and she worked quickly. It was painful but I’d do it again(I will never attempt to do it myself again, leave it to the pros!). The cost was $ 35 which I think is quite reasonable. There was zero wait time which I appreciated and I really liked this place and will be returning in the future.
