Been here a few times. I normally dread going to the dentist, but the hygienist(don’t remember her name) is great. She does a bang-up job and she’s nice. The only thing deterring me from returning is the rude receptionist. I ignored it in the past, but it’s really not worth it anymore. It makes it difficult to ask questions and book an appointment at a convenient time. The questions I ask are pretty standard, pertaining to prices and appointment times. She’s condescending in her answers, and it’s like I, a client, am bothering her and wasting her time. She’s rude on the phone, she’s(slightly less) rude in person. She’s lied to me about prices in the past, resulting in my being overcharged. It’s a big deal when you’re paying through the nose for a root canal, and you’re a student without insurance. I’ve felt ripped off more than once here, and I only returned because of the hygienist. It’s not good for business when your client’s first and last impression of TS Dental is so negative. No, it’s not a language barrier, because I speak to her in her native language: Russian. It’s simple, really. I’m nice and polite, and I expect the same in return, especially from someone in the customer service industry. The story is no different at the Richmond Hill location. Do something about your rude receptionists! In the mean time, I won’t be returning and I won’t recommend TS Dental to anyone.
