How can an A & W continually not have onion rings! Many times this A & W is out of onion rings. In response to a prior complaint when they were once again out of Onion Rings, I was told the onion rings are made in house WELLMAKETHEDAMTHINGS!

How to not get incinerated on Unilocal: — Do not give a drive-through customer who has ordered a double-double black coffee with separate sugar packs and creamers. Every other drive-through adds these for you. If you think it’s too inconvenient, try doing it strapped into a car with only a cup holder to work with. — Do not make a customer wait 12 minutes for the most commonly ordered item on the breakfast menu at 9am. You were never that busy. — Do not round the price up to the next nickel when the customer is paying by card. That is not penny rounding, that is theft.
