Designed a phenomenal custom designed ring in a tight deadline. Before any type of payment the staff were outstanding for responsiveness to e-​mails, but after payment the responsiveness did drop off. I often had to send 2 e-​mails to get a response which was disappointing given how good they are. Regardless my wife has an amazing custom designed ring. If they can develop a post sales strategy as effective as their pre-​sales service they would be amazing to deal with.
