I came here for their Coco Beach smoothie. While I was waiting for my smoothie I overheard the guy making it check with the other employee about whether they had coconut milk or not, apparently they didn’t because I saw him pour almond milk in instead. As someone with a severe allergy to almonds, what he did could have nearly killed me if I hadn’t been watching him the entire time and overheard him speaking to the other employee. I confronted him about it and he told me they were out, I then told him of my allergy and he was like«Oh. Well I can use more coconut water but I’ll have to charge you extra». Like you already tried to charge me extra for wanting to replace the tropical juice in the smoothie with either coconut water/milk and I chose to go with tap water to avoid the charge. The lack of honesty and communication with the customer from that employee is appalling. Especially when their customer can have a reaction to whatever they’re replacing in the smoothie without their consent or knowledge.

Stood and waited for 15 mins while the employees(3 of them) talked and only one person made drinks. Not a great way to run a company. The employees didn’t care that here were 6 people waiting after paying.

Almost 8 dollars for an original size drink. Pricey, but at least I’m getting my protein in

I’m a huge fan of this Jugo Juice location. I came out of a desperate need to eat while on a liquid-restricted diet post-surgery. I’ve passed it a hundred times and I’m so glad I stopped in for once! This spot has me because of two things: The Mighty Kale smoothie and staff member Olivia! The business is lucky to have her and the level of customer service she provides. Well done.

There’s a Jugo Juice location at the bay centre and I wish it was listed here because I was DESPERATE for a break from starchy, rich conference food and almost wept for joy when I found it in the food court. It appears to be popular and that’s no surprise to me. My Mighty Kale rescued me from a coffee, croissant, and workspeak induced coma. Pleasant staff & bright, clean space on the lower level of the mall. Get it listed on Unilocal!Out of towners need to know it is there!
