Kenmore Air

Kenmore air has had fantastic service all around. I flew from Seattle to Victoria on the first leg of my trip. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Our plane had to be delayed one hour due to inclement weather. They were very eager to help those, in anyway they could, with connections or other plans that might have been cancelled due to this delay. One the way back from Victoria, I accidentally booked the wrong day for my flight home. It was over a holiday weekend so I was unable to get on any seaplane out of Victoria. Kenmore air went out of their way to get a seat for me on the Victoria clipper that was already full. I truly appreciate their customer service. Not only will I continue to use them in the future, but I will continue to highly recommend them. Thanks Kenmore!

I was a little nervous at first to book our tickets with Kenmore because there was virtually no press, however, what a great experience! I would totally take Kenmore over the ferry from Victoria to Seattle without a doubt. It was actually only a little more expensive than the ferry and the flight was only 40 mins. What a great experience and our pilot was very friendly. I highly recommend them!
