I’ve dealt with L&M for 20+ years and have always been happy with the instruments I’ve purchased, and with the customer service. Today I had an issue with my uke, and the staff kindly replaced the instrument with a brand new one. I appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail and supportive helpful attitude. It’s very refreshing, particularly in this day and age, to see that some things, like the above, don’t change. If this were The Bay, and past 2 weeks since purchase, I would have had to send it back to the manufacturer myself and wait weeks for a replacement. I’m happy to see that L&M haven’t succumbed to this way of doing business. Well done Long and McQuade and my deep appreciation to you.

Canada’s very own Walmart of music stores. This company is trully a friend to musicians. While your sevice experience could be wildly unpredictable they are at heart a great business. Massive product inventory, unbeatable rental department, product knowledge, credit for musicians? yes they have that too. I have thirty years of experience dealing with this company and while not perfect they are still trying.
