Moving On Up was a step down in professional service, despite a strong recommendation that led us to give them a try. While they were courteous, they were not professional in how they dealt with our furniture(not using dollies, sliding boxes down truck ramps, manhandling pieces from the legs). The result was scratched furniture and our prized teak sideboard left with a loose leg. For all this, they charge $ 95 an hour. To top it off, they didn’t accept my credit card(Visa) without declaring that there would be a surcharge to do so. Who carries $ 4 – 500 in their pocket? Don’t risk your furniture and use someone else.
