Good selection but terrible service. The employee working snapped at me for trying to buy helium balloons for a birthday party later that day. She saw me looking at balloons and said«you don’t want those for TODAY, do you?» Then she sighed and said she could«possibly squeeze me in later that afternoon.» Funny, I’ve never had a business owner treat me like such an inconvenience while attempting to exchange money for goods. In any case, we went to the dollar store at university heights and got a dozen helium balloons filled on the spot.

This store has a pretty good selection of your usual dollar store stuff. The main problem with it, is the owner, who is often grouchy, and unhelpful. If you ask her where something is, she’ll rarely show you. I get the feeling that the customers are just a bother to her, rather than appreciating that without them, she’d be out of business. Wish she would learn to be more helpful and courteous, and just pleasant. And perhaps play a more appropriate easier on the ears type of music, than hard rock on the radio. It’s a family store not a nightclub. I always find it hard to shop there due to the music playing, and usually loudly.
