Our permanent booth at the Hudson market is open every day and sells all the flavours and kinds of cheese that we make on Salt Spring, plus everything you could want to go with it, like olives, chutneys, crackers, and much more.
History
Established in 1996.
We started by milking sheep and making cheese with their milk. Soon, due to demand, we expanded and started bringing in goat milk to increase production. Now we buy all of our milk, but continue to make the same cheeses and more.
