Went in to see if they had pore strips and after talking to a staff member he figured out the products that I actually needed. He was quick, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. Went home and started using the products he set me up with and have noticed a huge difference! Will definitely be going back!

I have always enjoyed my Sephora experience until recently when I went in with my daughters seeking a new updated lip colour. We had absolutely NO acknowledgement of even being in the store let alone an associate offering to help us. There were several associates that appeared to be not helping customers. There was no eye contact or any approach on their part. When I approached one of them, they turned and walked away. Very disappointing and a loss in sales for them. I will think twice before returning to this store.
