After my worst experience with UPS store at Hillside, I went to this one, the lady and gentlemen there are extremely polite and friendly. I am so happy to meet them and shared my feeling. Definitely thumbs up. Bravo. Best service ever.

Good local place to get stuff delivered or ship out anything you wish … Always getting good good customer service because they’re always reliable and the workers seems to be passionate towards their work. I recommend this for anyone in Victoria that needs shipments mail to them or mail anything out!!! Save your money, time, and energy!!!

I recently made a visit to Victoria to visit some family and to make a presentation at a social media seminar. I was in need of a place to print number of pamphlets and business cards in a hurry. I Looked this place up online and was staying down the street from there in Oak Bay so decided to stop in and ask some information. The couple who own the store are so lovely and helpful. They answered my questions pretty thoroughly. I sent them a soft copy of the materials Saturday afternoon couple hours before their closing time and they told me they would have all copies ready for me Monday morning and were closed Sunday. I was very nervous that they might not be ready. But I had nothing to worry about. First thing Monday morning I go in and all pamphlets and cards are ready and looking nicely finished and packaged. I completely avoided looking bad in front of the seminar I had a presentation for since I was able to get my materials printed and done at this UPS store. Their level of customer service and care was excellent and saved my… Definitely recommend!

They won’t take responsibility for poor service. I was relying on The UPS Store to deliver an important university scholarship application before its deadline. The UPS Store promised that UPS would deliver the application before noon on Tuesday. The application arrived on Wednesday, one day later than they promised. By failing to deliver when they promised, UPS jeopardized an application for a scholarship worth $ 40000. When I went to The UPS Store for an explanation, the proprietor of the store on Oak Bay Avenue took no responsibility, since, she told me, they are not UPS, just a franchise that uses the services of UPS. Don’t be deceived by the«UPS» in the name of their business or the UPS logos in their window, on their business cards and embroidered on their uniforms. They will take your money, take your packages, offer guaranteed delivery on behalf of UPS, but when your package doesn’t arrive on time, they will not accept responsibility for the failure of the service they promised.
