I recently visited Campus Eyes and got my glasses. I was very impressed with the quality of service and their selections but above all their product knowledge. Great place and highly recommended for anyone looking for great quality with a very very reasonable price. Thank you Campus Eyes. I will definitely come back.

I am a full time contact lens wearer. Benny was going to charge me for $ 450 for lenses and $ 375 for frames. He was so persistent in making me buy the more expensive frames. I felt like I was at an electronic store with a commission hungry salesperson smothering me. Over $ 800 for glasses and $ 120 for an eye exam, thats almost $ 1000? what a joke! ALSO, $ 120 for an eye exam is absurd and unheard of. Did my background research and other optical places charge roughly $ 80. BBB should shut this place down! The owner Benny is the biggest scam artist i’ve ever dealt with and is out trying to make a quick buck. He claims he is ‘help’ you, yet will try and soak you for $ 1000. I addressed over the phone to benny that I could not afford his prices(considering the fact that I am a full time minimum wage working student, just barely getting by). Apparently, he didn’t like my response because this escalated to a verbal altercation. Benny basically started yelling at me saying I was going to go blind otherwise. Professional or what?!? So, If you enjoy being persistently harassed, treated with the utmost disrespect, jacked up unreasonable prices and atrocious service, then I highly recommend Campus Eyes. Seriously, what a joke. I wish Unilocal had a zero star rating, because that is all that this pathetic establishment deserves!

Beware of this optical place. They have jacked up the prices so high that it is borderline robbery. They should be ashamed of themselves. Your best decision will be to not waste your time going there. Customer service is poor and the selection is non existent. If you think paying 29 dollars for 200 dollars on Groupon is a good deal you are sadly mistaken as you will have to dish out 200 – 300 dollars extra. This sad establishment does not even deserve one star.

Bought a Groupon for $ 200 dollars worth of eyewear at the shop and was hoping to pick up a cheapish pair of sunglasses. However, the shop had raised the prices of all items substantially to account for the Groupon. Due to such, the cheapest pair of sunglasses were $ 189 kids sunglasses! This kind of deception is unwarranted as any pair of adult sunglasses would cost you at least $ 100 extra. This hack business is atrocious and I would rather flush my money down the toilet then give them any sort of business ever again. This place is to be thoroughly avoided.

Very unprofessional. Tried charging me for services that I did not need/want. I tried to purchase just lenses but was told I couldn’t do that. He tried to charge me $ 678 for ONE pair of glasses, telling me not to worry about it because my insurance would cover all the cost(which is highly inaccurate). I would never recommend this business to anyone.
