Award winning chef Steve Marston «Bermuda Chef of the Year 2004».

Steve has been an executive chef for over 25 years in England, Bermuda and here in the Okanagan at Quails Gate Winery. Steve has been conducting cooking demonstrations for 12 years. His passion for food and wine has now taken him to the next step and he is now pursuing his dream and has opened a demonstration Kitchen at A View of The Lake Bed & Breakfast.
