Absolutely awful experience! Bought a tablet which quit working a few weeks past in store return date. Tablet was obviously defective. I had original box and receipt asked to have a store credit so I could buy a more expensive model and the manager refused. They lost business I went and bought a $ 600 one from their competitor next door at Best Buy/future shop. Will never shop at Staples again.

I come here for paper or to make copies. The employees are friendly and helpful, but don’t really know squat about what their selling.

A big store, but the deals and sales aren’t as abundant at this store! Staples is Staples, but somehow all of them are different in terms of discount at other locations. What is good about this one is location, located right inside the South side of Park Royal Mall, right next door to Futureshop, it’s just another one time stop shop right after the electronic rush.
The other plus is their price matching policy, especially if you want to match with the neighbor next door! The one thing they need to do at this location is change the lighting, it’s looking yellow. Still one of the best places to shop for office/school supplies.

My favorite part of going back to school after summer holiday was getting my school supplies… the smell of plastic and liquid paper always give me a warm fuzzy…
Now that my school years are behind me I can still get that same rush when picking up office supplies! I always go to Staples because they have absolutely everything you could possibly need for your work place… staplers, pens, sticky notes, binders, bubble wrap, tape, calculators, computers, desks, bottled water, lamps, DVR’s, …pretty much any office/work tool you may need…
They also have Purolator drop off centers, which is super handy!
