I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience at Brentridge Ford was.
I’ve owned 10 Fords and this one was the most pleasant, easy, relaxing experience by far!
I will say I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with as I’m a bit particular, with a sprinkle of demanding. Yet not one of them balked or cringed at my requests and indecision.
True professionalism and absolutely genuine people that put their customers first.
(They even made a point of welcoming our dog Sofie and bringing her a dish of water each time we were in the dealership).
For me being treated like this, was a first at any dealership and I have nothing but the utmost respect for the Team at Brentridge Ford.
Milt, Mark, and Laura made me feel so good about this purchase that I can honestly say I won’t be buying a vehicle anywhere else but at Brentridge Ford.
