Grandma Lee’s Bakery & Eating Place

Ok… I grew up with this place. If you want some home fashion sandwiches or soups or baking… thi is the place to come too! if you ever visit Wetaskiwin, this is a must when you visit. Sandwiches are so fresh placed on their own baked bread. This was around before MacDonald’s or those other fast food places. The venue is quite small, but it has that old style feeling when you walk in. During the summer there is a back area to sit as well under the sun.
My favorite sandwich is the ham salad sandwich on thick bread with all the veggies. Washing it down with a nice cold choclate milk. If you have space left, try a shortbread cookie with icing and sprinkles or the cheesecake they have or the cinnamon roll… so many choices…
