If you’re ever in the Wetaskiwin area; this place is a definite must see! Hubby-to-be and I went as we’re both big into museums and I’m big into cars and aviation; they have an array of such beautiful vintage cars, planes as with farm equipment. It was an amazing experience to get the opportunity to see all the different types of transportation from the years. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

This place is amazing! I took my family(who were visiting from out of province) there for the afternoon, and they loved it. Such great history, and very clean.

I seriously cannot believe no one has reviewed the acclaimed Reynolds-Alberta Museum until now. It is a must see for anyone interested in cars, airplanes, technology, and agriculture. The museum has two parts. The first deals with ground transportation — mostly automobiles, but also bicycles, motorcycles, and farm equipment. Many of the displays are interactive, and it seems like around every corner there is something else to see. There are also displays which change periodically. The second part is the Aviation Hall of Fame. Photos and biographies of famous pilots and astronauts line the perimeter of the building, while actual-size samples of plans, helicopters, and other flying machines hang fomr the sky, sit on the floor, or otherwise fill the room. More planes are outside, but I would classify the museum as an indoor facility. Located just a few kilometres west of the large water tower, the Reynolds is worth a day trip to Wetaskiwin. There is even a huge gift shop and restaurant, to round out the visit.
