Loop Fisheries is one of my Sunday rituals lately. I usually go here or to Taylor up the street followed by a lunch for fish & chips at Liddell’s.
I like going to Loop as it is a straight fishery where when you walk in you are going to see the tubs of whole fish. I like buying the whole jumbo perch and walleye (pickerel) fillets here. The fresh salmon filets are of excellent quality. They have frozen fish too, but the fresh whole jumbo perch are pretty hard to beat when barbequed and smoked. The fresh walleye is about as good as it gets.
Highly recommended for Seafood Lovers !!
