Yes, the Montebello is a nice place, but it’s NOT worth dealing with this F**KTARD named Peter. I’m guessing he’s the only employee/​owner of this company since I have not been able to get a hold of anyone else in the company.
After we checked out on 3÷1÷16, in which we kept the condo in a clean condition, I was supposed to receive my damage deposit of $ 1000 CAD back. After not receiving or hearing anything for 10 days, I called Peter and he said that the credit card processing has changed and therefore, he would have to send a check. I e-​mailed him my home address and waited for it to arrive.
Almost 4 weeks later, I still received NOTHING from him so I called him one more time. He insists that he had sent the damage deposit payment. I even double checked the address I gave him to see if it was an error on my part and it was indeed correct. I then suggested Paypal repayment, to which he agreed and said he would send payment later that day. It’s now been 2 days and STILL NOTHING. Called him twice since my last correspondence with him and he has not picked up the phone. It has now been 37 days since check-​out without a single cent of my deposit and I have opened up a Paypal dispute against Admira properties.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCUMBAG PETER! HE IS NOTHING BUT A CROOKED THIEF WHO WILL RUN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY. I have stayed in close to a thousand hotels and condos and NOT ONCE until today have I had an issue with repayment of my damage deposit. If you are considering booking through Admira, save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. My ski vacation, which was supposed to be relaxing, has now given me a big headache. If you are reading this, Peter, I sincerely hope your business fails and you lose all the money that you’ve stolen from us.
UPDATE: It is now 4÷20÷16 and Paypal has finally ruled in my favor. It is so sad that after 8 weeks, it had to come to all of this JUST to receive my damage deposit.

This is a disorganized and corrupt business run, apparently, by one person who shuffles several properties. Example: after upfront payment, you have no rights. Our unit was changed hours before arrival, but our prior agreed-​upon unit still worked with the door code given. After unpacking, another family arrived; we were asked to move to another address. We did, but then found the new unit filthy (uncleaned, reeking of trash, piles of dirty laundry, and a pile of feces from a large animal or person in the front yards). We got a surprised «What??» and a poor offer to move in, move again the next day (8 people). THen a second offer to go out an about (with a 1 year old) for 4 hours post check in time for a last minute cleaning. The Admira manager showed up, half apologized, offered a future/​partial refund, and has not responded to 3 contacts requesting it be honored.
So right… 1) pay upfront a large sum for a condo 1+ miles out from the lifts 2) get misleading and last-​minute-​changed instructions on which unit to arrive to, 3) be asked to move to another unit, 4) find that unit filthy inside and out, and wait in the cold for 4 hours for «emergency» cleaning, and 5) be offered a refund then never replied to again.
Is this how you want to spend your time? These managers are incompetent at best, and likely just deceptive. Avoid anything they touch.

do not book here — this scum bag peter roberts who runs this business did not refund my $ 1000 damage deposit. we left our property the same way it was when we arrived.
this peter roberts scum bag told me he refunded my damage deposit then went cold. i had to contact a lawyer, and i called my credit card company — 4 – 5 months later i was credited the $ 1000 from my credit card company.
do not rent from this scam artist!!!

Location is fantastic, very close to the lifts. Nice to have private hot tub. Parking was included in price. Unit was clean, nicely furnished. Kitchen was fully equipped both with pots/​pans, and numerous other accessories (coffee makers, plenty of utensils, etc). Property manager had great communications with us and we had a lovely stay.

Rented a Whistler condo from this company over the New Years weekend. The process for the most part was smooth save for a couple hiccups.
The condo I reserved was actually flooded a few days before my booking was going to start. They did a fairly efficient job at re-​accommodating our party to another condo (which we were told was an upgrade from where we were staying). However, I question when I would have been told about it about it since I had to call THEM two days before I was going to arrive to confirm whether there were any specific instructions for our stay (i.e. keys vs. keycode, parking, check-​in/​check out times, etc).
I also paid in advance for parking for an additional vehicle (the original condo came with 1). When I finally checked in, I was told that there was only metered overnight parking at the newly booked condo. Luckily I was able to get this company on the phone and they agreed to reimburse my credit card given the fact that I had paid in advance and thought this would have been taken care of. However, I’ve yet to see this reimbursement and I had to call THEM (again) to supply my credit card info (but it was the same credit card that THEY charged ME with when I booked the condo.). It’s been over 30 days now.
They have access to good properties in the Whistler Village area but that’s really the only thing going for them. You end up having to do the bulk of the legwork and take a lot of initiative so if you’re into that kind of thing, all the power to you!
