Business Owner

Chef Chris Szewczyk grew up as a second generation Canadian and whose upbringing was in a northern Canadian city. From a young age, he was immersed in an Italian community and raised in an Italian/​Polish family who embraced old world traditional cooking techniques and methods. He began his culinary journey 20 years ago, where he acquired culinary training and years of valuable experience. As a long time resident of Whistler BC, Chef Chris expresses his passion and craft with his family, friends, community and beyond.
