Quite disappointed.
Our room, especially the bathroom, did not smell clean. It actually smelled a bit of urine (I’m a nurse and I know urine). And the shower curtain smelled as if it hadn’t been properly dried. The sheets and a pillowcase had a couple of questionable stains on them — nothing too gross but as if they had tried to bleach them out and couldn’t.
We booked a balcony room, thinking it would be at least on the second floor. They do not have ‘balconies’ they have patios. So we were on the first floor with a view of a tennis court.
And the wifi was terrible. Forget about connecting in the evening. you’ll stay connected for maybe 5 minutes. I was up at 5am one morning and the most I got were 2 bars but at least it didn’t disconnect me.
We put the do not disturb sign up and around 830−9p we heard a few knocks and it was a housekeeper offering towels. Nice of him but… the sign.
Not worth the money. The nightly rate for this place should really go for half of what they sell it for. What a disappointment.

This is my fifth vacation to Whistler and we have stayed at the Hilton every time. I was honestly disappointed with the hotel this time around.
Not trying to sound pretentious but after asking for my Diamond Member upgrade I was told there were non available. No problem til I got an automatically generated e-​mail asking if I wanted to upgrade to the room I was told didn’t exist for $ 20 a night. Apparently my loyalty isn’t worth $ 20 a night lol Whatever right. I guess I’d been spoiled because I’d always gotten an upgrade there but this time got possibly the worst room they have.
The staff here is very friendly. The breakfast is very good here but thankfully I got it free with my status. Otherwise it’s $ 30 a person! The gym is nice but in a week of visiting it the wipes had never been replenished. The pool and whirlpools were clean and nice. I really enjoyed the DJ at CB’s on Wed. Swiss night was definitely a plus.
Overall I’d recommend trying this hotel but I’m looking forward to trying out the Marriott property at Whistler on my next visit.

Incredibly convenient to the gondoloas and apres ski. Great check ski service at summit sports bar at cinnamon bear all rolled into one!

My spouse and I called the hotel directly numerous times before checking in for a whole week. We wanted to ensure that the second reservation we made — and paid for in full — would be an adjoining room for our kids. When we checked in, we were told the «adjoining room» would be four floors away! And we were told that since we didn’t get the NAMES of the people who promised us an adjoining room, we had no recourse. The manager was totally unaccommodating and rude; all he did to make it «right» was to refund our payment for the useless room. What a disappointing way to start our vacation! So much for customer service. Everyone but the manager has been lovely, but that very key part of our stay was totally mishandled. And we failed to have the room configuration we paid for.

I stayed here for a week in October 2015 for a series of meetings and I’ve got to say that this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
First off, the rooms were unbelievable. I shared a two bedroom suite and I couldn’t believe how spacious it was. It’s definitely larger than my two bedroom apartment. The kitchen has a full-​size fridge and a dishwasher which is great if you want to take home some leftovers or have breakfast in the room. The livingroom has plenty of seating a fireplace where you are allowed to request a smoke-​free log to burn once a day. This area was great for entertaining. We were in a large group and it was nice being able to meet up in one room to unwind.
All of the two bedroom suites have either a dry sauna or a steam room. I tried out the sauna in our room once and it was alright. It was definitely clean and well maintained but I would have preferred the steam room.
The biggest drawback of the bedrooms was that the heating units turned on and off constantly. One time I actually counted and within a 15 minute period mine turned on and off 3 times! This made it very difficult to get a good night sleep. I would much prefer something that is constantly running. Overall I was happy with the room but I don’t know if it would have been worth the high season rate (over $ 1000/​night). During the low season it falls to below $ 400/​night and we were able to negotiate an even lower rate for booking multiple rooms.
As for the conference room services? Wow! This is where I was the most impressed. The conference room itself was nothing special but the tables were set with bright, clean linens, and the coffee and tea were kept well-​stocked all day. We had lunches included in our package and the food was incredible. Every day featured a different soup, salad, and main course and it didn’t taste at all like the typical catered meal. I was very impressed. This is a great hotel for a work retreat!

Had a fun stay at the Hilton. Staff here — courteous and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Reasonable rates and convenient location makes this a really good place to stay. Right on the village, with the Whistler golf range right across the street. Parking is $ 30/​night which is comparable to other hotels in the area so not much we can do about it.
They have a heated outdoor pool and nice gym onsite. Plus basketball court, tennis court to keep the kids occupied.
Onsite café and restaurants make it convenient to feed the young ones.
Definitely recommended if visiting Whistler.

As you would expect with one major exception. I had the two bedroom suite and it had a major flaw. The second bedroom has the AC unit and the controls are in the common area. With the bedroom door closed the system continuously turns on and off. The noise made it impossible to sleep the first night. The cure was to turn it off at night but that also had its draw backs. The unit was nothing exceptional specialy for Whistler but the AC made it a stretch to rank any better then a 3 star given the choices in the area at that price point.

Wonderful experience. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Any request you may have, they accommodate. The room was perfect. I called months in advance to arrange for a half bottle of champagne and truffles to be waiting in the room upon our check in in honour of my boyfriend’s birthday and they were all too happy to do that for me. They even write a customized message on a card to go with the bubbly and chocolates. When I requested that they be sent up later in the evening as we were checking in late, that was no problem and the champagne was chilling on ice when we arrived.
The only hiccups were that we didn’t have robes in our room upon arrival, which we had to request. We also had to remagnetize our room keys after extending our visit by one night. We watched the manager supposedly remagnetize them but it didn’t work I guess, not sure what happened there. Luckily my boyfriend was in the room at the time and someone was going up in the elevator. Slight inconvenience but nothing too serious.
Overall, would recommend! located in the heart of the village, it’s a perfect location.

This is where we stayed for our wedding and it was everything that we expected and more! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was perfect! Thank you for the memories Hilton Team!

I give this hotel 3 stars. It’s close to the village for shopping convenience which is great. Everything is within walking distance. Although some things which did not appeal to me were .
1. Outdated room.
2. No robes in closet to wear to the pool
3. Pet friendly rooms — carpets smell like urine. They need to be shampooed !
4. Had to call 2 – 3 times to front desk until someone answered so we could order room service. Had to even leave a voicemail, no one called us back, had to call yet again to place an order. Big irritant !
5. The elevator is in need of repair. It rumbles and shakes as it’s going up or down. It Can make u feel uneasy .
6. Room service is a tad pricey .(Although you get large portions which is good)
Overall, an average experience. Expected a little more from the Hilton I suppose.

Always a disappointment at the Hilton. Second time around after receiving horrible service the first time, I was hoping they would of hired new front desk staff or improved. This time I stayed in the Alpine two-​bedroom. Spacious but extremely pricey considering what you get and it cost $ 1000 per night. The rooms are extremely dated. The front desk staff have a catty feeling to them. I would get stares from a manager I made a complaint about the first horrible experience. I must say, the Guest Concierge and the bellmen are the reason why I am giving the Hilton two stars. They all had exceptional customer service. Too bad their they front desk staff do not share the same value in providing customer service. Will I be back? No. Maybe if they hire proper front desk staff that have training in customer service.

Location is top notch. Service is good not great. Same for pool. Price compared to other hotels was better than average relative to value received

Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa is conveniently located in Whistler Village. It is a short walk to most shops and restaurants. This year’s girls trip we stayed here at the Hilton Hotel Whistler. It was a great local staycation yet far enough from the boys.
Hilton Whistler has free wifi, heated outdoor pools and hot tubs. Rooms are clean and service was friendly. I liked it was near the ski lifts. Although parking was quite expensive at $ 30/​night for self parking or $ 34 for valet parking. But it isn’t so bad once if divide up the cost.
The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The hot water pressure was a-​okay! Bath products provided are Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care. It is one of the bestselling anti-​aging clinical skin care. The Mega-​Rich Body Wash is uniquely formulated with innovative moisturizing beads that release nourishing vitamins A, C, E and pro-​vitamin B5. Paraben-​free; phthalate-​free.
If you are ever up in Whistler, I highly recommend Scandinave Spa. This luxury spa is every girl’s dream. On the edge of Lost Lake and Spruce Groves parks is a 20,000 sqft outdoor experience of age-​old Finnish tradition. Soaking in soothing outdoor warm and cold baths with refreshing waterfalls can melt away the worst of situations. Add a Swedish massage to complete rejuvenation and welcome it equally with enthused numbers of heart-​eyed emojis.
Room rates at Hilton Hotel Whistler are reasonable even during peak season. This leaves us extra spending money for snow boarding, indoor rock-​climbing and also a nice fancy dinner at Araxi.

Das Hotel ist sicher nicht schlecht, jedoch keinesfalls vergleichbar mit einem der europäischen Ableger selbiger Kette. Es ist ja bekannt, dass europäische und nordamerikanische Hotelstandards, besonders in Hinblick auf die Sterne, variieren. Jedoch ist das Hotel mit 5 Sternen vollkommen überbewertet, und nicht vergleichbar mit dem Four Seasons oder dem Intercontinental im Ort. Unangenehm aufgefallen ist mir vor allem der Service, die Bar und das Spa. Die Bar ist im Stil einer klassischen amerikanischen Autobahnbar gemacht, jedoch natürlich gehobener. Abends lungern hier vor allem junge Leute run, spielen Billiard und trinken zu viel. Das ist natürlich sehr laut, und das Publikum passt keines Falls zu einem Hotel dieser Klasse. Das Spa an sich ist nicht schlecht, jedoch auch hier findet sich ein Publikum, das Dosenbier im Whirlpool trinkt. Es ist womöglich eher das Publikum, das von diesem Hotel angezogen wird, als das Hotel selbst, was mir negativ aufgefallen ist. Würde aber nach deutschem Standard eine Einschätzung im unteren Bereich der vier Sterne kriegen.

3.5 stars is about right. Our stay was average, but I had hoped it would be special for a girls weekend.
Great location in Whistler Village and near lifts is this hotel’s main draw. Free wifi, heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs are great. Self parking is $ 30 and valet is $ 34.
Having stayed in other Whistler hotels during low season, I’ve experienced free upgrades and been allowed afternoon checkouts. This does not happen at the Hilton. there are additional charges for upgrades, or extending checkout times. Which, during a busy season, I could understand. We booked two rooms together, but were placed in different wings. We were offered to ‘upgrade’ to have our rooms closer together for an additional cost. Not impressed with this.
Possibly because it was in between seasons, the hotel is quiet. Beds are comfortable and you sleep well.
For the location, I would consider staying again if I wasn’t able to stay at a comparably close hotel to the lifts during high season.

The Hilton Whistler is located in the heart of the village. Given our status in hilton honors, we were upgraded to the suite. The suite was spacious, with a fireplace, a nice balcony and the bathroom even had a bidet. The staff was super responsive and brought the fire logs promptly. We took s star off because the wifi was choppy, the bidet was not functioning with enough pressure (maintenance resolved the issue) and the heating took a while. The property in general is aging. A good place to stay in whistler anyway. 4 and a half stars.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We were upgraded to a junior suite, and enjoyed a cozy fireplace. The front desk staff were excellent, even accommodating a rather late checkout. The room was very spacious with a kitchen and balcony. It was quiet and private (visiting in the off season). The heat was rather slow to warm up the room. The bathroom had a bidet which was a nice touch. It was not working 100% at first, but was repaired with a quick phone call. The wifi also disconnected frequently, which was annoying.

A wonderful Hilton property that is the prime location in Whistler village. The rooms are exquisite; get one with a balcony and it will be a wonderful experience!

Nice hotel in the heart of Whistler Village next to the gondolas. Hotel was clean with clean rooms, a very spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, free WIFI, friendly staff, great location and comfortable beds. Also, a pretty good sized heated outdoor pool with an outdoor hot tub. Wish we had been up-​graded to a better room or offered a breakfast credit which has been my experience at all of the other «higher end» hotels in Whistler during the off-​season. Also, on our second day pool was inexplicably closed.

We booked this through Whistler’s website, through the secret offers. I had my eye on this property, and I got lucky I guess with getting it for a more affordable price in Whistler’s standards (less than $ 200). We stayed in early January 2013, during Whistler Discovery Days.
The hotel is located right in the centre of Whistler Village. The Hilton Hotel is connected to small shops that directly connect to the heart of the village, where Lulu Lemon, Carleton Lodge, etc. are. Location-​wise, this is prime!
The beds were very comfortable and clean. Multiple pillows and the most comfortable sleep await you after a long day hitting the slopes. Very quiet surroundings, and a room that overlooks a snowy backdrop only found in Google images.
The bathroom is huge, equipped with a deep soaker tub. Toiletries were the usual, but of good quality as expected.
There is a kitchenette with a top-​of-​the-​line electric stove. The cupboards are stocked with everything you need to make yourself breakfast and other easy meals. There is also a dishwasher provided, and a mini-​fridge. All you need to provide is the meat!
Take advantage of the pool and the Jacuzzi. Although they are located outside, but in a very private section of the property, you will instantly feel the satisfaction in plunging into the water despite of the freezing temperature. The pool is heated, and the Jacuzzi was empty at around 9 p.m., so you can privately enjoy this amenity with your friends!
Service was amazing, as the front desk staff were always ready to help, and were very pleasant towards us. They even had cookies to welcome guests! Who does not like cookies, and what is wrong with you?!
Also, if you have luggage, you may use their storage facilities at no extra cost (except for tipping the bell man) even if you have already checked out and would like to enjoy the Village for once last stroll.
They also had complimentary wi-​fi in the rooms, so that was very helpful if you ever want to make your Facebook friends jealous… or to simply watch YouTube videos all night. Don’t forget to ask for bedroom slippers if you forgot yours! They match your bathrobes (provided, in room) perfectly, and are free of charge as well.
This stay was amazing for us, and we definitely recommend this hotel, so don’t hesitate if you can :)

Less than a 5 minute walk to the Whistler Gondolas!
My friend had enough HHonors points to book an award stay right before Christmas, and I am grateful he had the points too because the room we stayed at would’ve easily costs $ 500+ for that weekend!
The room we stayed at was a double queen. Pretty standard in terms of offerings and a lot more spacious than some of the Hiltons I’ve stayed at. Don’t expect too fancy of a room unless you book the more expensive ones, but it was more than enough for us since we just wanted to board. Free coffee and water was provided. Wi-​fi was included too so that was nice.
We didn’t use too much of the resort’s amenities like the pool or the gym but I did get a chance to take a quick glance. The most attracting thing was definitely the heated pool. You can see the steam just rise off the water. Lots of kids though.
They also provide different activities at different time slots. I wanted to check out the ice craving demo they had but I decided boarding was much more fun. We did take advantage of the free hot coco!
There’s a restaurant but plenty of better options in the Village! It is a short walk from the bus loop too so easy in terms of transportation.
Feels like any other regular Hilton, except that it is extremely close to the lifts and that was definitely why we decided to book a room here!
