Established in 2013.
Executive Chef R.D. Stewart has been in Whistler for 20 years, most notably as the Executive Chef of La Rua restaurant for 14 years.
He brings his passion for French style cuisine and mixes it with the freshest, sustainable West Coast ingredients, and creates affordable fine dining for Whistler locals and tourists alike.
Our 40 seat Bistro is small, quaint, warm and inviting. We highly recommend reservations, especially on weekends and during the busy ski season.
