Oh. Yeah. That’s a breakfast. The eggs Florentine are a rich decadent mess. With crispy buttery pan fries, and surprisingly good cranberry sourdough… I’m in 7th Heaven even before I get to Whistler.

Came here for a casual Sunday brunch and was very pleased with it! Our group had the eggs benedict since it was highly recommended, french toast, and an omelette. Eggs benedict came with a side of pemberton hash browns. Two thumbs up. The hollandaise sauce was sufficient and one of the best I’ve had. French toast was huge, thick slices of what looked like a baguette or some other fresh loaf. It definitely was not out of a presliced package. Even though I ordered my french toast plain(no whip or fruit) it was great. The omelette was also good, but the vegetables(which you add on at app. $.99 each) were a bit undercooked, i.e. on the crispy side. While the omelette eater enjoyed this, he said he would have preferred to eggs benny next time. Coffee was fabulous, as was the service. Cafeteria style, where you order and pay at the counter, but they bring it out to you when it’s ready. Definitely go if you’re in search of a brunch place. Either on your way to or home from, Whistler.

I was brought here by a group of friends over a year ago and decided to try and find it again while in Whistler last week — glad I made the effort :-) This place looks simple from the outside and is hidden away in the industrial area of Function Junction. Even on the inside the décor & design is utilitarian. Café style, you order your food then sit down and the nice gals here bring over your yummy orders of Benny, Brecky or granola… and this place has great Benny! A locals favourite, it is located a little south of Whistler — but is a great morning after breakfast joint, or conveniently located if you are leaving Whistler heading south to the Coove.
