Great store, been going since I was a kid with my dad to look at the pretty gear, now I am the dad grabbing it: D Great sales staff who can help you make the right call on things. HiFi can be really scary, but they’ll send ya the right way, never felt pushed, or like I was being a bother. even help me with a turntable I didnt buy there! Thanks guys!

Quite disappointed. Was just at this place looking for a 60″ 8000 series samsung TV, 14 in ceiling speakers, 10 channel power amp, rack, volume controls, etc. stood there for 15 minutes and not one person acknowledge my presence. Great way to run a business.

This business is terrible. Had my house renovated and was looking into getting a new setup. They talked me into some fancy setup that would put speakers in every room of my house. Sounded amazing but after they set up I’ve had problems with it from day one. Remotes don’t work properly. Some of the speakers don’t always work. Just a mess. Then when I call them and ask them to fix it they’ll send a guy out who will look at it for 10 mins then say he’ll come back when he figures it out, which never happens. I wouldn’t call these guys to set the timer on my old VCR. Just horrible. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Don’t do what I did

These guys are awesome. I bought my original audio system there years ago and have been adding high end equipment to the system over time. I just bought a DAC and a sub woofer… they are knowledgeable, fairly priced and get this — they loaned me the equipment to try it out. Awesome place and they really know high end audio.
