History

Established in 1948.

Shortly after the War Harold J Mitchell started the insurance brokerage downtown Toronto. He moved his family to the then small suburb of Don Mills and continued to grow the brokerage. Eventually his two sons came into the business and Harold retired. Many years later Harold’s grandson, Adam Mitchell, is now running the brokerage and bringing this old business into the digital age. the brokerage has seen exceptional success growing the team significantly and doubling the brokerage in the last three years. In the days of call centers, outsourcing to other countries and a bar for customer service set so low it laughable, this boutique brokerage of insurance profesionals stands Head and shoulders above the competition. Business Owner

Adam Mitchell grew up in Whitby, Ontario playing lacrosse and soccer. and attended Algonquin college in the Ottawa Valley for Outdoor Adventure Business management eventually settling down in the Outer Banks North Carolina.

Adam lived in the small town of Waves, NC Teaching kite boarding and surfing for a living.

in 2008 Adam moved back to Ontario to be with his father Scott Mitchell who was ill with cancer.

Adam eventually decided to buy the small insurance brokerage off the estate and take a crack at Insurance. Now five years later it turns out the business Came Naturally and things are a booming success. The business has tripled in size, now larger than it has ever been and new insurance companies are pouring in the door wanting to do business with this small but mighty brokerage. The business now has the top 15 Insurance companies in the market place all competing for its customers.
