if you care about your hair, scalp and pocket book– don’t get your hair done here. I overpaid for a job not well done– didn’t get the service I was told I was going to get and dismissed when I tried to address the issue. Actually told to find another salon and hung up on…
im only writing this review becuase the owners/​staff refuse to own up to this– as I have spoke with receptionist (Nina) — written a formal complaint through their website and tried to speak with the owners –spoke with Patty-​or more or less got spoken down to by her, berated and hung up on (she felt i was putting down their staff and receptionist and website — yes! I pointed out that the huge increase in cost was not translated to me, the job was not done that I was charged for and that my hair was now fried and frizzy.
I went here for a colour/​highlight and cut. My husband was quoted a price as to what that would cost and bought a GC for me… I went in, asked for a colour with highlights and a cut… Stylist suggest doing an ombré highlight…(she had to explain what that was because i didnt know) i said sure. I was not told there would be any price difference. at the end of the appointment I went to pay (essentially thinking Id hand over the GC and some cash if needed for tip and the bill came to $ 100 more!!! I went home to verify with hubby and also called in to get a quote for what I had just had done and was given the same price of my GC… hmmm i then asked why they charged me extra for the appointment and was told because of getting the ombré done… when i said i wasnt told about it and literally had to plead my case– i was dismissed and then offered a $ 30 GC for a blowdry??? later I recieved a call saying yes the stylist forgot to mention the price difference but my hair cut cost more so essentially same difference– really?
Here’s the best part– I was never shown the back of my hair during the appointment and stupidly didnt ask– when I finally had a chance to look– I didnt even get the $ 100 more ombré look! I received regular highlights and higher up the scalp than i wanted (I specifically made a point of saying the highloights needed to come from underneath because I didnt want to deal with touch ups. I ended up with fried dried out hair. And a burning itchy scalp. .thought it would go away but now it’s day 4 amd it’s getting worse!

Had highlights done here.
Didn’t use toner so they turned orange
Wouldn’t fix so I will not go back

I should have read the reviews before stepping foot in here.
Staff is more concerned about themselves then customers.
Got a quote on highlights and it came out to almost double and when I just NICELY questioned it the blond lady at the front desk was so rude said sorry that’s a lie we never told you that and walked away. REALLY???
