Manager

Alix is a patient and Family Engagement Educator, and Patient and Family Centered Care Consultant with expertise in the Patient Experience. Mr Khanafer is passionate about improving the care experience across the continuum of care. His in-​depth knowledge and insight gained from years of working directly with health care organizations, providers, academic institutions, government organizations, governing bodies, patients and families complement my first-​hand experience as a patient and family caregiver. The implementation of effective engagement strategies ensures authentic collaborative partnerships among providers, patients and families, resulting in a win-​win scenario for all stakeholders.

Mr Khanafer has extensive experience and relationships in the health care and seniors care sectors, including the regulatory and policy environment of Ontario.
