A wooded park. Pretty nice to spend an hour or two walking around here. I went in the early spring time. Was still pretty, with some wildlife, trees, and a stream. It is quite large. The first stretch of the trail is paved, much more is wood chips and some are dirt trails. Will probably go back in the summer, and I’m sure there will be many nice photo opportunities.

Beautiful Tallgrass prairie. Take 30 minutes to an hour to roam through these amazing grasslands. It’s not a huge park, but they have a number of different trails and it’s like a beautiful maze of 8 foot tall grasses and other vegetation. In summer take some spray to protect from mosquitos and ticks. They also have rattle snakes, but you’re not likely to ever see them.
Definitely the most beautiful, interesting place I visited in Windsor!
