Piccolo’s Pizza & Pasta House

First time at Piccolo’s and was not disappointed! Venue was romantic and cozy, with small tables & cute lights strung across the walls. We were a party of five and were seated right away. Service was outstanding, our waiter was prompt and professional, and very friendly. Food took a while but was it ever worth the wait! 3 of us got a baked chicken florentine pasta dish which was absolutely divine, while 2 of us got the house special of the night which was mozzarella stuffed rice balls sitting in a tomato basil sauce, topped with sautéed mushrooms, French green beans, chicken skewers and more cheese on top! Meals weren’t too pricey, an average of 20 – 25 dollars for each person. Overall I enjoyed this dining experience very much and will be returning soon!

Food was absolutely fantastic tonight. The price is good, the service is friendly and attentive, and the wait times have improved dramatically. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

45min for glass of wine, 1hr 7 min for salad, 1hr 39min for entrée. Table no more then 2 feet from kitchen door, servers nearly bringing out food and taking back dirty plates over head, and very noisy. Customers arriving after seated at better table and given food and drink before us… won’t go back even if given a gift card or dinner purchased for us…

This place was recommended by the local. Went here with 2 other vendor.
We were seated right away but there is only one waitresses during the dinner rush.
Service was really friendly and nice but our food took a long time. the veal parmesean was recommended so all 3 of us ordered and love it.
The house wine is excellent.

I went here yesterday with a party of 4. We were seated promptly and asked about drinks and given our menus. Friendly wait staff. I’m about 5’1″ so I was surprised how even then the place felt really small. A nice small, cozy hall (reminded me of Hobbit Holes). We had to wait a long time for our food (new patrons came in and they got their food before us — maybe they ordered via phone?). But when we got our food it was worth the wait. We had a large Hawaiian Pizza and added on bacon and sausages. We also had 2 panzerotties and OH MY GOD. They’re huge!
I’ve never seen this place (because I live near Devonshire Mall, so it’s out of my way) but I really loved the food!
This is my first time having restaurant pizza that’s not fast food. Tasted AMAZING.

authentic italian family run restaurant. food is excellent but expect to wait quite a bit for it, hence the 4 star. the veal parmesean is my favourite and if you feel like pizza, they have a great tasting italian pizza. the atmosphere is quite and it is excellent for couples. seems a little small for families with children.
