We are a Full service Butcher counter and Deli. We Specialize in Fresh Beef, pork, chicken and Lamb. We are also well know for our authentic Italian Sausage. History

Established in 1950.

Schwab’s Meats was established sometime in the 1950’s with a head store and up to at some point 10 stores around the windsor area. Also been know for its full service butcher counter and the freshest of meats. Primo’s was established in 1950’s as well and we are very well know for its authentic Italian sausage and have built a great reputation for our sausages. In August of 2014 Primo’s acquired Schwab’s meats to combine the two stores together to create the new Schwab’s & Primo’s

I have been in the industry since I was 16 years old at my first job a Zhers Markets as a cleanup guy. I went on to learn the craft of being a butcher at a small Italian grocery store in Guelph ontario. Moving on to Farron’s Gourmet Butcher shoppe honing my craft and business savvy for 4 years. In august 2003 I purchased Primo’s Delicatessen which I made sausages for 11 years increasing and growing my business by over 50%. In August of 2014 I have go on to Purchase Schwab’s meats to amalgamate the two businesses together to create Schwab’s & Primo’s
