While we did not actually stay here, we did visit the property to check out a room, and had the opportunity to talk to the owner briefly.
The low prices they advertise on Craigslist (what brought us in) get raised when you actually arrive.
The room we were shown was clean enough, and not particularly gross, but nothing I would call «nice.»
The people in the office were pleasant enough, but the fact that they advertise one price and then try to charge another really turned me off.
They also offer «short term» rentals, which are charged by the hour.
Needless to say, we ended up staying somewhere else.
