Weed Man – Windsor

Bought into their services when the kid showed up at my door, when I got the salespersons call I thought it was a decent price for service offered. I was explained that I could cancel if I needed to and only pay for the services rendered. I got the estimate in February and signed up, I lost my job in March and tried to cancel. I was told it was canceled and not to worry about it. April comes along and I received a bill for services I canceled (in other words, they came and sprayed anyways). I spoke with the Manager, of whom told me not to worry, he’ll deal with it, took my bill and I left. I received yet another application bill. I called the company and the person on the phone told me she would take care of it. I received another bill, this time with two services and a late fee charged to my account. I called up again, she told me after reviewing the notes on my account that only one service charge was waived and that I owed for the late fee and the first service. I spoke with the manager yet again and he seems to remember me telling him I want to cancel after the first service, he forgot to cancel before the second service. After him raising his voice at me a few times I was able to have the late fee removed and paid for the first service. Generally a very… VERY unpleasant experience and will NOT be recommending this company to anyone I know. My enemies deserve better than this.
