We just returned from a week in Winnipeg, and this B&B truly made our stay. The location is spectacular in a tree-lined historic cul-de-sac close to city amenities. Walkable to the Legislature, restaurants in several directions, and a peaceful path along the river. Although the building dates from 1882 and is beautifully restored, it is not precious but very livable. There are also gorgeous grounds and a small swimming pool – essential in the heat of the summer(which starts in June). Huge breakfast. Guest lounge with TV and books and a view of the garden. Thanks to Christine and Giovanni, our hosts, for making our stay so memorable.
