After comparing to A&R Carpet Barn and the Floor Show, I went with Curtis. Not for any reason other than their price did come down lower relative to the other 2. I wasn’t wowed by their service. It’s hit or miss depending on who you deal with. The sales person I spoke to on the phone with was great, the sales person in the store was not that knowledgeable but nice and the estimator was a little grumpy. The installers were fantastic, very professional (took off their shoes and cleaned up after installation) and were very prompt.
