History
Established in 1992.
In 1983, I looked into the courses to become a real estate agent, a career I really wanted to be in. At that time I was in my early 20’s and felt that I was too young but again in 1985, I still had the strong desire and looked into the courses again but it was not until after buying and selling 2 properties in the latter 1980’s (having a negative experience with both), I felt it was time and that I could make a positive difference. In my first year, I made the Top 15 with Block Bros. and proceeded to earn numerous Top Producer awards and earning my Accredited Buyer Representative designation in 1994 (at that time, there was only one other in all of Manitoba). In 1994, Block Bros. was looking like it was unstable so I moved to RE/MAX where aside from spending one year (2005) teaching agents at Manitoba’s largest independent brokerage, I have been since 1994 earning their prestigious HALL of FAME and Platinum Awards.

This assumes that a Clients needs and wants are the same as yours. Many years ago, I adopted The Platinum Rule: Do Unto Others As They Want Done Unto Themselves… It’s all about the client!
