The Reset location is fun-​equipped with, Video Games, Arcade Games, 2 Bars, Lounge seating, 20 Flat Screens, a Sweet Patio, Billiards, Air Hockey, and Basketball Shooters. Mixed with the fun-​food stylings of Little Bones, the combo is on a whole different level!

History

Established in 2012.

Little Bones Wings started out as Little Bones Wingery (The Food Truck) in the summer of 2012. We established our mobile brand «Flinging» Wings on Broadway and Regent Avenue in Winnipeg, MB, as well as throughout Rural Manitoba’s Fair/​Festival/​Carnival scene!

We spent 3 summers learning from our loyal patrons, perfecting our gourmet wings (and things), developing recipes, conjuring unique ideas and settling into our britches.

Since then, we have taken this knowledge, expanded our menu and opened a couple stationary locations in Winnipeg, MB! One in the Best Blues/​Rock bars in the city (The Royal George Hotel). The other in the Funnest Club/​Arcade in the city (Reset Interactive Ultralounge)!

NOW, you can find us on the streets of MB with our Food Truck, come down to 123 Regent OR 1931 Pembina with your buds or babes and enjoy a great meal, cold beer (wine, booze, or soda) and awesome atmosphere!

Manager

Alex, Co-​owner and Founder of Little Bones, has a dream.

A dream to one day sit atop of his passion forged Chicken Wing Empire. An empire that is reinforced with full bellies, rave reviews, great atmospheres, unique situations, and Fantastically Phenomenal Chicken Wings! «LOL»

All jokes (but not flattery) aside, he is a unique character who is liked by most who meet him. Outgoing, People-​loving, Foodie, Imaginative, and Will-​driven, are some of the many adjectives that best describe this man.

He started LBW when he was 22 years old with the money he received from his father’s untimely passing, in honour of him and his passions.

Wing nights were always a part of his weekly routine, but were never quite satisfying and often spent these nights dreaming of a better way. So with his knowledge of the kitchen, concept of scrumptious, crazy ideas, and resistance for monotony, LBW was born.

He now co-​owns the business with 4 partners, is engaged to be married, and has a beautiful son!
