Tim Hortons

Love this place. First time I had been to a Timmy H’s. Biscuit was bomb and the donuts were crazy good. Do this place a flavor and hit it up!!!

I frequent this Tim Horton’s because of the location. It’s closest to my house and to the University of Manitoba. This Tim Horton’s can get very busy because of the foot traffic from workers, students and people coming to enjoy a soccer or football game at the nearby stadium.
I ordered a sandwich and soup combo and had to wait for a long time while other people who ordered after me received their meals. I was getting annoyed because my meal shouldn’t have taken over 15 minutes, considering they have everything ready-​made but just needs to be assembled.
I noticed they had about 6 people working cash registers but only one person on the assembly line. She wasn’t trying to get the orders done quick either. She kept wasting her time talking to the manager about her schedule and other things. I personally would have freaked out as a solo on the assembly line and would have busted my butt, but hey, some people’s best is still mediocre.
They made an excuse that my order was put in the drive-​thru order so that’s why I was missed. I believe that’s a load of crap since I was standing in front of a cashier and she kept eyeing me wondering why I was still waiting afterward.
I still love the franchise and food but I will have to be a little more watchful of my order at this location.

Drive thru here is always busy — but the new cheerful greeting you get helps to make it worth the wait

Coffee was cold and the taste was terrible. Ordered a combo meal but got a small coffee instead of medium, and never got my hashbrowns. I got the breakfast BLT which was ok, but a breakfast sandwich from subway would have been better for half the price.
