I visited this location almost every Friday for a good 6 months 2014 – 2015. It was good for me to grab a bite, sit down, and catch up with a friend. This was before management changed. I started getting busy, so I didn’t come back here for a while, but when my birthday rolled around earlier this year, I wanted to redeem my birthday froyo. I walked in and the new owner was working. I gave him my card and he had trouble scanning it and said my card was showing up in USD so I couldn’t use it… and also said my birthday froyo didn’t show up… Seriously? My birthday froyo had been working for 2 years. He told me to come back with the actual email, which I’ve never had to do before BECAUSEITSHOULDSHOWTHATITISMYBIRTHDAYWHENYOUSCANTHECARD. Bye Menchies, won’t be back. You can spruce up this location all you want but if you want to lose customers in order to save $ 5, go ahead.

I love Menchie’s! I always get the cake batter, with oreo pieces, peanut butter cups, and caramel sauce. MMMM!!! Only negative comment I have is they sometimes give you a hard time with the Student Price Card(SPC). Is it coming out of their pockets?

I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years and never had a problem until now. Lately the past few times I came here, the franchise owner would be working. And if I want to use my birthday reward or my $ 5 reward he always won’t let me. I would tell him before he scans my card that I want to use my reward and he’ll say okay, and then not scan for my reward. And he would make up all these lies about how you have to bring a copy of your email with the birthday reward or for the regular reward he would be like«oh well, I already scanned it and can’t undo it, come back next time and use it» or «you can’t scan the keychain smilage card» etc And I found that he is pretty rude as well, whenever I go there, I pray that he’s not there, but he is ALWAYS there. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location anymore.

Have stopped in here a few times, but my review will be on my most recent trip. Unilocal indicated that this place was open until 12:00 and it was a Friday night. I was killing time with a friend before we had to pick up someone. We arrived just before 11:00 pm and they were closing up. My friend went to get some fro-yo while I used the bathroom. When I returned from using the bathroom, they had already turned off all the fro-yo machines, and were closing up the til. We asked them what time they were open until and they said 11. We mentioned that online it says they are open until 12. They just shrugged and didn’t seem to care. So I didn’t get anything to eat, as it wasn’t possible. The fro-yo is the same as any other place, but clearly the service here is lacking.

It’s one of my favourite places where I can get sorbet. I’m borderline lactose-intolerant, so sorbet is my friend. This location is clean and quiet when I visited. Mind you, with the cold snap lately, it seems crazy to want a frozen treat, but I did! There was only one sorbet flavour for me. Luckily, I love raspberry lemonade. I would have given a perfect rating if there were two sorbet flavours to choose from. The young lady working there was friendly and nice. I’d go back again.

The icecream is pretty good. I’m much more partial to the tartness of the pink berry frozen yogurt but this will do. It’s the crowd I can’t deal with here. It’s busy, crowded, no one says excuse me, it lacks order. It’s too much chaos. I don’t want to have to bulldoze my way to the toppings counter. I also hate Woodbridge, so that might just be it.

Good location, many flavour to choose from, generally clean, friendly service, good atmosphere. I take my kids here and they really enjoy it. Summer weeknights/weekends can get busy.

Love going here for a tasty froyo treat. There are always new favors and you can even sample before you buy them. This place is clean and the topping options are varied — I love going for mangos, mochi and strawberries. Make sure to sign up for a club card where after you spend 50 $, you get 5 $ worth of froyo. I believe you get 5 $ for your birthday as well(if that’s still going on).

I’m definitely a fan of frozen yogurt, and my rating of this Menchie’s location is only based on their flavor options. I’ve visited this location many times and they don’t seem to change up their flavors. The location by Bathurst and Rutherford is much more preferred. The set up is the same as every location — tiny cups for tasting, self-serve yogurt and add ons. This location feels a bit smaller; the yogurt area is always too crowded. They staff high school kids, who are really friendly. I’ll be back till I’ve used up all my Wagjag vouchers for this location.

A nice treat, and a lot to choose from. A decent set up and people generally went through the place quickly. A little on the pricey side of things as far as ice cream and frozen yogurt is concerned, but nice for a treat every once in a while.
