After years of somewhat neglectful franchisees, it’s a relief to have a new team in place. Whereas in the past there have been complaints regarding the staff or general operation, this location can be held up as a shining example of what a Mr. Sub Franchise should look like. Head Office is even using it as a training location now for new franchisees!
Onto the food. The bread is always fresh, even on the odd Sunday that I’ve dropped in. The toppings are appealing again and the staff is quick to make recommendations if you’re drawing a blank for your order. Speaking of the staff, uniforms are back in vogue and everyone looks shipshape.
You should never hear «oh we ran out of such and such» at this location again, and there is now an extra assortment of snacks and goodies available.
