This lawyer acted for the seller of a business in a deal which I was involved in. The quality of his work was so low that both buyer and seller were put at serious disadvantage. He should be disbarred but I guess no one wants to deal with the law society as they protect their own. I do not know what he charged for the work. Having reviewed the work and seen how regular matters in a business sale were so poorly handled, even if the work was free, it was not worth it. Avoid this lawyer. He’s bad news.
